The Redefined Brew Team (aka Josh & Jamie ) had the unique opportunity to be guest brewers for the day at the Little Italy Ballast Point Brewery (home to their R&D line up of Craft Beers)! In a first of its kind brewing experiment, the management picked five local businesses to brew a very unique Nelson Hop IPA R&D beer. Originating in New Zealand the Nelson Hops have a strong affinity to the Sauvignon Grapes grown in the region.
