Josh and Jamie were awesome to work with and we would highly recommend them to anyone buying or selling a home. As first time homebuyers, we were cautiously optimistic about how the process would go. I had a 3 bed / 2 bath, 1400 sf home in San Diego, CA, in a  neighborhood near San Diego State University. The homes in our neighborhood (Rolando Village) are older and typically require a little more maintenance than your average home. Even though we had done some work on our place, I was nervous  it would sell for the amount we wanted in a decent time frame. Josh and Jamie killed it with the pre-marketing and got an offer accepted in less than two days of being on market! They also got me the most expensive price per square foot in our neighborhood. They set the market, and spoke extensively with the appraiser to make sure it appraised for the offer price. They were very involved, very easy to communicate with, and their transaction coordinator for escrow was also on top of her game.
